How long will my order take?

We hand print all our garments at Faye’s home studio in Manchester. Everything is made to order so please allow 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

How do I know which size to order?

We have a sizing guide with measurements for all our garments. For kids... always best to size up and let them 'grow into it' ey? Get your money's worth and all that...

Can I return my item?

As all items are printed to order and made JUST for you, unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges. We suggest that you thoroughly check the sizing guide to check your measurements and find the best fit before placing an order.

What if I receive a faulty item?

Whaaaaaaaat???! Who’s been slacking? Who needs a kick up the wotsits?
Seriously though, apologies if this has happened. We pride ourselves on making top quality products and before dispatch, triple check your order. However, if you have received a faulty item, we’re really sorry. Please contact hello@justcoopsandlu.com and we will sort/grovel.
